✨Know Your Stuff

Before heading into the interview, make sure you’re familiar with the specific role you’re applying for. Research the types of schools and settings you might be working in, especially if you’re interested in SEN roles. This will show your passion for education and help you answer questions more confidently.

✨Showcase Your Experience

✨Ask Thoughtful Questions

Interviews are a two-way street! Prepare some insightful questions about the school’s approach to education, their support for staff development, or how they handle SEN needs. This not only shows your interest but also helps you gauge if the school is the right fit for you.

✨Be Yourself

Authenticity goes a long way in interviews. Don’t be afraid to let your personality shine through. Schools want to see who you are as a person, so share your passion for teaching and your commitment to making a positive impact on students’ lives.
