We’re looking for a genuinely brilliant Class Teacher to take on an EYFS/Year 1 class within a small, specialist Autism provision. This is a class of just 8 pupils, all of whom thrive on structure, creativity and consistency — so we need someone who brings calm, confidence and a real passion for early learning.

The Role

You’ll be leading a mixed EYFS/Y1 group with a strong focus on communication, nurturing routines and tailored learning. The team around you is warm, experienced and very collaborative, so you’ll never be left to figure things out alone. The school puts a big emphasis on relationships, wellbeing and practical progress rather than rigid box‑ticking.
