We are seeking a caring, patient and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a primary school setting. This rewarding full-time role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day by providing consistent support, encouragement, and reassurance to help pupils feel confident, secure and ready to learn.

About the Role

  • Pay rate: £14.25 per hour
  • Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, term time only
  • Contract: Full-time
  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small intervention groups
  • Helping to create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of two years’ employment history
  • A calm, nurturing and patient approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • A genuine passion for supporting children
  • A Child DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
