We are seeking a dedicated Art Technology Technician to provide day-to-day support across Art and Technology departments within a secondary school setting. The successful candidate will assist with the preparation and maintenance of resources, equipment, and materials, ensuring specialist teaching areas are safe, organised, and fully operational. The role may involve supporting a range of subjects and environments, including art studios, workshops, food technology rooms, and other practical learning spaces.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing materials, equipment, and resources for lessons.
- Maintaining specialist equipment and ensuring it is safe and fit for use.
- Supporting staff and students in practical learning activities.
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as required.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
