We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Salary: Competitive Rate
- Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
- Support pupils with personal care and mobility where required.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a positive and constructive manner.
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent are advantageous.
