We are seeking a committed and resilient individual to work full-time within a specialist referral setting supporting young people with additional behavioural, emotional and social needs. This role is ideally full-time to provide consistency and stability for pupils; however, employment will be offered through an agency and therefore work cannot be guaranteed.
You will work closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviour, supporting them both academically and emotionally throughout the school day. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm and consistent in demanding situations.
