What the Role Involves
- Supporting teachers within the classroom
- Working 1:1 or with small groups to re-engage and motivate pupils
- Assisting with behaviour support and calm de-escalation
- Helping pupils with focus, routines, and emotional wellbeing
- Adapting quickly to different school environments and expectations
Primary TAs will focus on supporting younger children in foundational learning, reading, maths, and social development. Secondary TAs will support older students, often in specific subjects or with pastoral support, helping them succeed academically and emotionally.

- Confident drivers willing to travel daily
- Patient, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Strong communicators with a positive, proactive approach
- Flexible and reliable
- Experienced in youth work, coaching, care, or similar (school experience helpful but not essential)
- Passionate about supporting young people
