Are you a Maths graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching?

We're recruiting an enthusiastic and confident Maths Graduate Cover Supervisor to support local secondary schools. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a PGCE, teacher training, or a long-term career in education.

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, including Maths.
  • Engage and motivate students using your strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
  • Support students with classwork and encourage independent learning.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff following each lesson.

No teaching qualification is required-just confidence, adaptability, and a passion for working with young people.

  • A degree in Maths or a related subject.
  • Experience working with young people in the UK (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, coaching or youth work).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence managing a classroom.
  • A proactive, professional and adaptable approach.
