TP-Tutors is on the lookout for experienced Math Tutors. As a tutor, you’ll be designing and delivering catch-up programs for young learners either 1:1 settings or small groups.

We’ve seen a surge in demand for tuition, particularly to support students preparing for their GCSEs with specific subject requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing lesson plans for each of your sessions
  • Monitoring attendance, sessions & lesson engagement through our digital platform
  • Communicating with TP Tutors & Parents/Carers effectively
  • Making Safeguarding a priority
  • Flexibility to offer remote and in-person tuition

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent
  • Experience with primary or secondary-aged children
  • Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience
  • At least 2 years’ experience of tutoring 1:1 or groups of students
  • Understand Special Educational Needs (SEN) or are willing to learn
  • Have experience in 1:1 tuition
  • Skilled at managing challenging behaviours
