What will your responsibilities include?
- Design and deliver personalised tuition sessions based on learner needs
- Use adaptive teaching strategies to support different learning styles
- Encourage learner engagement, independence, and self-confidence
- Monitor and document academic progress and achievements
- Collaborate with parents, carers, schools, and relevant professionals
What experience and skills are we looking for?
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND needs
- Background in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, youth work, or similar roles
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and responsibilities
- Ability to travel within Margate and neighbouring areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
