We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school team in March on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a positive difference in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 as required
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
  • Support pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH, and learning delays
  • Assist with implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to ensure pupils can access the curriculum
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children with additional needs
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
