We are working with an ambitious and rapidly improving secondary school in the Cambridgeshire area to appoint an exceptional Head of English. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and forward‑thinking leader to drive continued improvement in a thriving English department. The school has undergone significant positive transformation in recent years, with notable improvements in teaching quality, behaviour, leadership capacity and pupil outcomes. As part of their next phase of development, the senior leadership team are seeking a passionate and strategic English specialist who can build on this momentum and lead the department into its next chapter.

The Role
- Lead the English department with strategic and operational clarity
