About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic EYFS specialists to work across three well-regarded primary schools within the trust:
- St Philip Neri Primary School
- St Patrick’s Primary School
- St Joseph’s Primary School
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive network of schools, delivering high-quality early years education while gaining varied experience across different settings. Roles may include long-term placements, short-term cover, or flexible assignments depending on your availability and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, creative, and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and wider school teams
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Uphold the values and ethos of the schools and the trust
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within EYFS (NQT/ECTs welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
- A nurturing and patient approach to supporting young learners
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for early years education
