About the role As an SEN Learning Support Practitioner, you will work closely with teachers and the wider school team to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs. Your day could include: Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils access learning. Supporting children with their communication, social and emotional development. Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and life skills. Adapting activities and resources to meet individual needs. Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and encouraging positive behaviour. Working alongside teachers, therapists and other professionals to support individual learning plans.
