Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEMH Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist school in Salford.

You will support pupils with SEMH needs, focusing on building confidence, managing emotions, and promoting engagement in learning.

As a Behaviour Mentor you will work one-to-one and in small groups, helping students develop positive behaviours and emotional regulation while collaborating with teachers, pastoral staff and families.
