Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEMH 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH needs in a specialist provision in Manchester.

You will work 1:1 with pupils aged 11-16, helping them engage with education and build confidence.

The role focuses on emotional wellbeing, resilience and promoting positive behaviour, with collaboration alongside teachers and pastoral staff to reach individual targets.

This is a full-time, term-time only position.
