Are you an experienced HLTA looking to make a real difference? Teaching Personnel is working with a specialist SEN secondary school in Manchester City Centre that supports students with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, challenging behaviours, speech and language difficulties, sensory processing needs, and learning disabilities. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting students with complex SEN needs both in and out of the classroom
- Delivering targeted interventions and small group sessions
- Leading lessons and covering classes when required
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Helping students develop confidence, independence, and life skills
What we're looking for:
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN
