Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated PRU English Teacher to support students who may have experienced exclusion, SEMH needs, ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, or significant disruption to their education.

The Role
As a PRU Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons to small groups of pupils, adapting your teaching to meet individual needs while creating a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
- Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

What We're Looking For
- QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience with SEMH, SEND, Alternative Provision, or challenging behaviour is desirable.
