We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Levenshulme, Urmston and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a future in teaching or education, offering valuable classroom experience within a supportive school environment.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects
  • Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support pupils’ learning
  • Assist students with varying abilities, including those with additional needs
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
  • Gain hands-on experience in a secondary school setting

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • A degree in any subject (core subjects or relevant specialisms desirable)
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
  • A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach
  • Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
