Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia, Speech & Language needs, SEMH, anxiety, and learning difficulties.
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
- Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional regulation in and out of the classroom.
- Assisting teachers with individual education plans (IEPs/EHCPs).
- Using positive reinforcement and inclusive strategies to build confidence.
- Observing, recording, and providing feedback on pupil progress and behaviour.
- Being a consistent, positive, and motivating presence throughout the school day.
