What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in supporting students to thrive, both academically and emotionally. Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, and communication needs)
- Helping students build confidence, manage emotions, and develop independence
- Using creative and adaptive approaches to make learning accessible
- Working alongside SENCOs, therapists, and specialist staff
