Job Role: Full-time, long-term opportunity, term-time only
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
- Assist in delivering personalised learning programmes
- Support students with personal care requirements (including toileting and feeding)
- Promote independence and encourage positive behaviour
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil
Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (in an educational, care, or support setting)
- Confidence and comfort in providing personal care
- A patient, compassionate, and resilient attitude when working with vulnerable students
- Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, during term time
