Teaching Personnel is recruiting a SEMH Teaching Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Luton, starting September 2026.

You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them regulate emotions, engage in learning, and build confidence in the classroom.

The role runs September 2026 to July 2027 and is paid at £95–£105 per day PAYE. Applicants should have SEMH experience and a genuine passion for making a difference.
