Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary School History Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity for a History specialist who is enthusiastic about inspiring young people and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire

Start Date: ASAP / Next Term (flexible)

Contract: Full-time (long-term and permanent opportunities available)

Pay: Competitive rates, in line with experience and pay scale

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured History lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
  • Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with the Humanities department and wider school team

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
