We are seeking a committed, resilient, and inspirational Assistant Headteacher to join our alternative provision in Luton, supporting students in Key Stages 3 and 4 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about transforming the lives of young people who have experienced barriers to mainstream education. You will work closely with the Headteacher to shape the strategic direction of the provision, ensuring every student receives the support they need to succeed, and ensure every pupil receives a high-quality, inclusive education.

  • Oversee assessment, tracking and data systems to ensure meaningful use of pupil progress information
  • Lead strategies to improve outcomes, reintegration opportunities and successful post-16 pathways
  • Contribute strategically as part of the Senior Leadership Team to whole-school improvement and staff development
