Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, coaching, care, or support setting is desirable.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
- Confidence supporting learning and managing behaviour positively.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
