The Role
You’ll provide dedicated support to students with a range of needs, helping them to access the curriculum, overcome barriers to learning, and fully participate in school life. You’ll work closely with the class teachers and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to implement support plans and help students reach their full academic and personal potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to individuals and small groups of students in the classroom.
- Implement and assist with individual education plans (IEPs) and learning strategies.
- Foster students' independence and confidence, encouraging them to engage with their learning.
- Support students' social and emotional development.
- Assist the class teacher with general classroom duties and lesson preparation.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
