Are you a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible opportunities within education? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed LSAs and HLTAs to work across a range of primary and secondary schools on a long-term, short-term, and day-to-day supply basis. We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience working as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, HLTA, or within an educational setting
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience (for HLTA roles)
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Experience supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- Confidence supporting small groups, individual interventions, and classroom activities
