Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a dedicated and nurturing Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Loughborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting young children during the early stages of their education. The successful candidate will work closely with the EYFS class teacher to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
The Role
- Support pupils within the EYFS setting on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assist with delivering engaging and creative learning activities
- Promote children’s social, emotional, and educational development
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Support with observations and tracking pupil progress
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
