Key Responsibilities- Match new candidates and transition existing candidates to work as tutors.
- Liaise with clients to structure tuition programmes in line with their requirements.
- Market and sell tuition services to relevant new and returning clients in an allocated geographical area.
- Ensure all areas of the business are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, quality standards and values.
- Ensure that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are always maintained in line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy and Keeping Children Safe in Education national guidelines.
- Driven by a passion for the transformative power of education and tuition and mentoring.
- Able to identify talent and effectively align individuals with suitable tuition programmes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders, schools and local authorities and excel in both verbal and written communication.
- Have a project‑management approach and can navigate tasks through various stages of planning, execution and follow‑up.
