Teaching Personnel is supporting an inclusive Secondary SEN school in Greenwich that prioritises independence, communication and functional learning.

We are seeking committed SEN Learning Support Assistants for full-time, temporary roles lasting one academic year, starting in September.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for secondary pupils with complex SEN.
  • Assist the class teacher with classroom management, resources and daily routines.
  • Support functional skills, social‑emotional development and communication strategies.
  • Help maintain a safe, positive environment tailored to individual student plans.
  • Carry out role‑specific duties to ensure full access to an adapted curriculum.

Qualifications and Experience

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full‑time temporary contract for one full academic year (September start).
