Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting experienced and passionate SEN Teachers to join specialist schools across South London.

The Role
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Create a positive, structured and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support pupils with EHCPs and personalised learning plans.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise pupil outcomes.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
- Previous experience teaching pupils with SEN
- Experience supporting one or more of the following: ASD, SEMH, ADHD, MLD, SLD, Complex Needs
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Passion for helping young people reach their full potential
