This one's a bit different. We’re not looking for people who need guaranteed, full-time work. We’re looking for people who are flexible, reliable, and open to stepping in when schools need support - often at short notice. SEND and SEMH schools across East Sussex regularly need last-minute cover.

  • Calls between 7:30am - 8:00am
  • Same-day placements
  • Some busy weeks, some quieter ones
  • A lot of variety

If you need consistency every week, this won’t suit. If you want flexibility and variety, it works well.

  • Covering Teaching Assistant, LSA or teaching roles
  • Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
  • Helping maintain structure and calm in the classroom
  • Working across different schools
