Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate educators to work in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Hampshire. Our main partner schools are based in Winchester, Southampton, Basingstoke, and Farnborough, offering a variety of rewarding opportunities.
We are seeking Teachers, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), and Teaching Assistants (TAs) who are passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and making a real difference.
- Immediate start available
- Full-time or part-time roles (minimum 2 days per week)
- Term-time only, school hours
- Pay to scale, depending on experience and qualifications
- Ongoing support and guidance from Teaching Personnel
Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with teachers and school staff
- Adapting learning strategies to meet individual needs
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
- Relevant qualifications for Teachers, LSAs, or TAs (or willingness to work towards them)
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Ability to commit to at least 2 days per week
