South West London Full-Time Positions Available September 2026 Start / Immediate Opportunities £170-£250 per day (PAYE - no umbrella companies).

Teaching Personnel are working with a lovely primary school in the Balham area who are looking for an ECT to join their team in September. There is some flexibility over the year group this will be in, depending on the candidate. We are looking for passionate educators who want the consistency, progression, and reward of full-time teaching in supportive school environments where children's learning, development, and well-being come first. As a full-time class teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a school community. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
  • Are seeking full-time, consistent teaching work
  • Can teach EYFS, KS1 or KS2 confidently
  • Are committed to inclusive practice and supporting all pupils to succeed
  • Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to school life
  • Are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
