What You'll Be Doing
- Take ownership of the SupplyBank product/team, driving national delivery performance, growth and operational excellence.
- Lead from the front with a hands‑on approach, embedding yourself within operations to understand challenges and opportunities.
- Own operational relationships with key MAT clients (senior stakeholders).
- Develop and execute growth strategies that strengthen and scale the SupplyBank offering across MAT's and school groups.
- Build, manage and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, MAT's, education partners and external networks.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes and overall customer experience.
- Use data, market insights and performance metrics to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high standards of delivery, service, governance and compliance are consistently achieved.
- Support, coach and develop teams to create a high‑performing culture focused on accountability and results.
- Drive commercial growth opportunities while ensuring operational effectiveness and sustainable success.
- Partner with product and technology systems teams to get the most from our platforms and drive future innovations and improvements.
- Work as part of the wider Recruitment and Supply leadership team to align on overall practice strategy and collaborate cohesively as a unit to optimise client service delivery.
What You Bring
- Significant experience within an operational leadership role, ideally within MSP, recruitment, workforce solutions, education staffing or a similar service‑led environment.
- Proven experience driving commercial growth while remaining operationally involved and hands‑on.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
- Experience leading teams and creating a high-performance culture.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with confidence using data to inform decisions.
- A track record of improving processes and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and delivery.
- A proactive mindset with the drive, ambition and accountability to make things happen.
