We are currently seeking an Aspiring Teaching Assistant to work in schools across the Llanelli area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing, looking for a long-term, full-time role (5 days per week) for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with learning on a one-to-one or small group basis
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Helping children stay focused, engaged, and motivated
- Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Helping with classroom organisation, displays, and learning resources
- Supervising pupils during break times, lunch times, and transitions
- Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and personal development
- Following safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times

Requirements
- No previous school experience is required - just enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn
- Happy to complete the full vetting and safeguarding process with our vetting team
