Teaching Personnel is seeking compassionate, enthusiastic and resilient individuals to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), Autism (ASC), ADHD, communication needs and social, emotional and mental health needs within a specialist education setting in Llanelli.
Whether you've worked in care, support work, youth work, sports coaching, childcare, education, or you're a graduate looking to start a career in education, we'd love to hear from you.
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Helping young people build confidence, independence and social skills
Supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Working alongside experienced teachers and specialist staff

A positive and patient attitude
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
Strong communication skills
Experience with children, young people or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential
Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS
