We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism in Year 1 within our warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school community.

The Role
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism in Year 1.
- Support the child’s learning, emotional wellbeing, communication, and social development.
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, and wider school staff.
- Help adapt classroom activities to meet individual learning needs.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive engagement in school life.
