Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible work in a modern, supportive nursery setting? We are recruiting Level 2–Level 6 EYFS staff to support a brand-new nursery in the Childwall area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced and welcoming staff while enjoying flexible, weekly shifts that suit your schedule.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the daily routine of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS framework
- Supporting children’s development through play-based activities
- Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with planning and observations where required
- Working collaboratively with an experienced nursery team
Shift pattern:
Full days: 08:30 – 17:30
Flexible weekly availability
Typically notified of shifts the week prior
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who are committed to early years education. You should have:
- A recognised EYFS qualification (Level 2–Level 6)
- Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A positive, proactive attitude and team-player mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
