Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Adapt confidently to different school environments and follow school policies.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, learning, and pupil engagement.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
- Provide high-quality teaching on a day-to-day, short-term, or long-term basis.
Ideal Candidate
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Have strong classroom management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
- Are adaptable, reliable, and confident working across different year groups.
- Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and school leaders.
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
