Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and adaptable PE Teacher to work across secondary school settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3–5, ensuring all pupils are supported, challenged, and able to engage in a broad and balanced curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver PE lessons in line with the full national curriculum from KS3 to KS5.
  • Adapt teaching and learning materials to meet the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
  • Promote participation, teamwork, physical fitness, and a positive learning environment.
  • Uphold school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to extracurricular sport and wider school life where required.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum across KS3–KS5.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction for pupils with SEN.
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
