The Role

As a Flexible Supply Teacher, you will

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour management.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Mark work where required and provide feedback to school staff.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and school leadership teams.
  • Support schools on both short-term and day-to-day assignments.

We are looking for candidates who

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Are confident teaching across primary age groups from Reception to Year 6.
  • Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Are flexible, reliable and professional.
  • Can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Are open to travelling to schools within the Liverpool L5 area.
