Do you have a passion for helping young people thrive? We’re looking for a Behaviour Support Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, supportive school community in Woolton. What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with pupils who need additional behavioural and emotional support.
- Building positive relationships and creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued.
- Supporting teachers and the SENCO team to implement strategies that promote positive behaviour and engagement.
- Helping pupils develop confidence and resilience both inside and outside the classroom.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in behaviour support or SEN is desirable, but a caring and patient attitude is essential.
- Great communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A genuine desire to make a difference in children’s lives.
- An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
