Role Overview
- Lead a Year 1 class, planning and delivering inclusive lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum.
- Monitor and assess progress, ensuring all pupils work towards key stage targets.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere using effective behaviour management.
- Collaborate with colleagues, senior leadership, and parents.
- Maintain accurate pupil records per school policy.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in KS1 – Year 1 experience preferred
