We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our partner nurseries across Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in childcare, education, or early years support.
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children aged 0–5 with their learning, play, and development. Your duties may include:
- Supporting children during play, learning activities, and meal/snack times
- Assisting staff with setting up engaging activities
- Helping promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Encouraging social, emotional, and communication development
- Ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing procedures are always followed
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience working with young children (formal or informal)
- A caring, patient, and positive personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for supporting early childhood development
- A willingness to learn and follow nursery routines (Level 2/3 Childcare qualification is desirable but not essential.)
