We are recruiting reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our education supply agency, supporting secondary schools across Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area. Responsibilities
- Supervising classes during teacher absence
- Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day

Qualifications
- Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
- Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
- Confident, professional, and flexible approach
- Degree or education-related background advantageous (but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
