The Role

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom in the absence of a teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students stay engaged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Supporting students with their work and encouraging participation
  • Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
  • Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour

  • A recent graduate (any subject considered)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
