A friendly and inclusive primary school in Leyland is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their nursery team. This temp-to-perm position is ideal for someone who is passionate about early years education and enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment. The nursery forms a key part of the school’s early years provision, offering a structured yet play-focused curriculum that encourages children to develop independence, communication skills and confidence.
You will support the class teacher with planning and delivering activities, help manage behaviour positively and contribute to creating a nurturing space where children feel safe and motivated. While a Level 3 EYFS qualification is desirable, the school welcomes applications from candidates with relevant experience and a strong interest in early childhood development.
