Position Overview
Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm

Key Duties
- Support learning across the classroom under the direction of the class teacher
- Work closely with pupils who have SEN, delivering personalised support strategies
- Assist with structured interventions to boost academic and social progress
- Help manage behaviour using positive, consistent approaches
- Prepare resources and help organise classroom activities
- Communicate effectively with staff and parents to support pupil development
